Leo Tate from New Life for Children spoke about the three-phase program the charity offers. Our donation helps to support the efforts of the organization as they help woman and children to learn the skills necessary to live on their own again. Wade presented a donation in the amount of $1750.00 on behalf of the membership. The organization also accepts donations of clothing, coats, and furniture.
Mary from Southern Community Services read a thank you note from a family helped by the organization. She also stated our donation helps the elderly obtain medicine, victims of abuse, and those temporarily unemployed. In addition, our contribution helps to buy supplies for the monthly food distribution. Wade presented a check on behalf of the membership to Southern Community Services in the amount of $1500.00
